How We Make Returns Work For You

We believe that having our program in your possession for 30 days is a reasonable amount of time for you to "get to know" the program. Thank goodness for the shipping companies who deliver our products -- they do a great job of tracking shipping and delivery information.  

If after having the program in your possession for 30 days, and after having listened to the program (or a legitimate percentage of the program) you decide you'd like to return the program, simply get the program back to us within 42 days of purchasing the program. We feel that's a great policy that works well for you and us.

We offer only the best personal and professional development programs in the business and believe that if you honestly listen to the entire program and apply the principles and ideas you learn, it's very unlikely you'll return it.

Making an investment in yourself is best investment you can make . . . period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was in when you received it.

If you want to return a Downloadable program, you will have to send us an email with a detailed explanation of why you wish a refund on the program, then be prepared to fill out a form we will send you, and delete the entire program from all digital storage devices you may have the product stored on. In some cases, we may ask to talk to you by phone. I'm sure you understand the reasons behind these requests. Most companies don't allow refunds on downloadable programs. Since we are here to help you improve your life, we want to help you get the information you need to accomplish that very goal.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Books with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 40 days after receipt of the program.

Refunds (if applicable) work like this:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If your program is in good condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
