Give up all forms of guilt

Guilt in every form is a tool of the ego. It is instilled in most of us at an early age. We get it from our parents, from church and school. We were taught it helps us maintain the moral high ground.

Guilt is something we use against ourselves constantly. It can also be used against others. When we project guilt on others, it is reflected right back at us. It feels crappy no matter what end you are on.

If you are like me, you are more likely to use it against yourself than against others.

Feeling bad about your past mistakes is a way to keep you trapped, limited, and fearful. Don’t buy into that way of thinking! Let it go! Move on!

We are all human. It’s impossible not to make mistakes. The trick is to learn from those mistakes without beating ourselves up over them.

I say do what you want, as long as you are not hurting yourself or anyone else. Never buy into guilt over that kind of thing. Don't give guilt that upper hand. Right-mindedness doesn’t want you to feel guilty. But the ego does.

Again, guilt in all forms is an ego tool. Free yourself from projecting guilt onto others and onto yourself. There’s never a payoff . . . ever!

When you let go of guilt, it helps you live in the moment, where inspiration strikes and ideas are turned into benefits.

Living in the moment opens you to new opportunities, new relationships, and new adventures. It’s the best place to be!

When you live in the moment, it pushes away fear of the future. It encourages you to live joyfully now. Here and now is where everything works best.

Make sure to maintain balance. Don’t let self-gratification steal time from doing what needs to be done. It's action that takes you where you want to go.
